Fitness for Seniors

When we think about retirement most of us think about our financial fitness.   Will we have enough income for our retirement? Or, what are we going to do with all the extra time we have?  How much time do we have after a lifetime for working?

If you're like me you don't want to sit around and wait!

Most of you probably realize that as you get older your metabolism has slowed down to the point where you don't need to consume as many calories as you used to.  It's so easy to forget that and put on the pounds.

Getting fit before retirement will make it that much easier to maintain later.  After all, if you don't start now you may never start.  It's so easy to fall in to a rut where you end up just hangin' out and shootin' the breeze with your friends at the coffee shop.  That's not good for your health or your finances.
